Our 2026 cohort of Campaign DigiDems will support the digital and social communications needs of must-win Democratic Congressional campaigns across the country. We’re hiring more than 30 capable digital comms experts to work directly on the highest-stakes campaigns, arming them with the skills and dedicated expertise needed to reach voters where they are—online.
No past political experience is necessary: if you have a passion for developing effective messaging and driving authentic, effective communication—and want to help Democrats win back Congress—become a 2026 DigiDem!

- All-in on digital communications: our singular focus helps us design an effective, high-value program, both our DigiDems and the campaigns they support
- Cohort members embedded directly onto campaign staff, working to support the campaign’s digital communications and marketing needs, including planning and executing social media campaigns, candidate messaging and brand, digital marketing, graphic design, content creation, website creation and maintenance—and more
- On-the-job training with industry-specific tools
- Hands-on coaching and mentorship from highly-experienced former campaign staffers, to help DigiDems cohort members navigate the Democratic campaign space
- Dedicated “Pod Directors” who will each support a small group of DigiDems with digital strategy development for campaigns, as well as soft- and hard-skill development
- After-cycle career guidance and support aimed at ensuring cohort members can successfully navigate future employment searches and job opportunities within the Democratic ecosystem
- Two distinct opportunities to participate in the program, including
- Early June – November 2026
Supporting frontline Congressional races with Democratic incumbents (Applications open early March; Deadline to apply is April 1) - Late July – November 2026
Supporting “red-to-blue” Congressional races with Democratic challengers facing Republican incumbents
- Early June – November 2026

DigiDems receive extensive training and development to ensure they’re ready to take on their critical roles on campaigns, supported throughout the cycle, and set up for success when the race concludes.
DigiDems receive extensive training and development to ensure they’re ready to take on their critical roles on campaigns, supported throughout the cycle, and set up for success when the race concludes.

All DigiDems attend general sessions on the following topics:
- Campaigning 101: Explainers on the key departments that make up a campaign, their roles, and how the members of our cohort fit into the larger campaign infrastructure
- Professional Pathways and General Networking: Opportunities for cohort members to network, build a professional portfolio, and explore future opportunities in the Democratic campaign space
- AI Training: Deep dive into AI tools and use-cases, including exploration of how AI can support and strengthen cohort members’ work on their assigned campaign, led by in-house AI experts
- Budgeting, Self-care, and Wellness: Tips for overcoming the personal challenges of campaigning, with tools and systems to keep cohort members’ financially and personally supported while pursuing a career in Democratic politics
All DigiDems attend general sessions on the following topics:

Cohort members will also receive specialized digital communications training and support—from paid ads to creative tools—with opportunities to hone their digital comms skills and apply them to their work on a campaign.

Comprehensive coverage for employees and their eligible dependents that is currently 90% employer-sponsored for employees and 60% for dependents.
Flexible Time Off
A healthy work-life balance is critical to the overall well being of our team. We have a flexible time-off policy designed to support the needs of both our DigiDems cohort members and the campaigns we partner with. (FTO subject to final approval by campaign staff.)
