In the aftermath of Trump’s first election, DigiDems was founded in 2018 to help fill critical gaps in Democrats’ campaign infrastructure: gaps that emerged in a rapidly-changing world of campaign technology, security, and digital communications that threatened our ability to fight back and win the races that mattered most.
To do this, we recruited and trained strategists with cutting-edge digital and technical skills—many of whom were new to politics with a passion for building a stronger, savvier, and more secure Democratic Party—and embedded them directly onto competitive federal races.
Cycle after cycle, DigiDems has adapted and innovated to meet the needs of competitive campaigns across the country, developing a wide range of program offerings that arm campaigns with the expert skills they need most. Across these programs, we work closely with Democratic Party leadership and operatives to identify key races, tailor our work, and maximize our impact.
