The Need

There was no centralized method for managing social media content on Whitney’s campaign, which meant they were not planning ahead nor posting with a high enough frequency. Her campaign manager asked her to create a system that would efficiently and effectively cover the gap.

The Solution

Whitney started by seeking to understand the specific needs of the campaign, meeting with her team to gather existing documents and scope out gaps in the process. Using this information, she then set out to create a series of Google Sheets and Docs that enabled her team to draft content quickly and efficiently.

The Outcome

By the end of this project, Whitney had created an efficient and clean social media creation and approvals process that made it really easy for her campaign to produce digital content.
