Patty Matos
Patty Matos (she/they) is a progressive organizer, digital storyteller, and creative designer with over a decade of experience activating and mobilizing supporter communities, developing cross-platform digital strategy, telling compelling multimedia stories, and empowering grassroots volunteer leadership. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Patty now lives in Philadelphia with her girlfriend and their cat, Squeaky.

Keith Hayes
Keith is the IT Manager for Zinc Collective and has been with the organization since 2019. He started as a Digidem in Virginia Beach, Va in 2019 and was part of the VA State Coordinated Campaigns, where he provided supported to SD-8, HD-84, HD-21, & HD-76 state candidates. He also served as a Senior Associate for the Harris-Biden Transition Team, helping with onboarding and help desk support. Prior to becoming a Digidem, Keith worked as an IT Administrator, End-User Support Specialist, & Manager at various nonprofits and businesses and as an IT Security Team Leader at the Social Security Administration.
Michelle Kleppe-Wellde
Michelle is a seasoned political strategist and professional with experience and expertise in local, state, and national political and advocacy campaigns with a focus on organizational development and executive management. Prior to joining Zinc Collective, Michelle served as Chief Political Advisor to Congressman Seth Moulton and as the Executive Director of Serve America PAC. Michelle’s passion is rooted in a desire to scale positive change – through developing integrated and innovative programs and developing high-performing leaders and managers. When not found on a conference call or a video chat, Michelle can be found in Chicago where she lives with her husband Tripp and her (adorable) two children, Caroline and George.
Alicia Rockmore
Alicia is the President of Zinc Collective. Prior to Zinc Collective, Alicia founded Spark Actions, a progressive millennial engagement platform. Alicia is both a seasoned entrepreneur including co-founding Buttoned Up, a company dedicated to helping busy women get sanely organized and a senior CPG marketer working for Unilever and General Mills. Alicia holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA from Claremont McKenna College. Alicia got involved in politics because she promised her teenage daughter, Lucy, that she would find a way to make a difference after the 2016 elections.
